Father to three boys and loving husband. My primary mission is to help the next Dad. When starting my own recovery, it became very apparent that there was a certain stigma around Dads reaching out for help. You actually had to admit there was a problem which kind of “separates you from the herd”. That stigma was hard wired internally.

During my journey into sobriety, the most gratifying moments came when accepting that help was necessary. With several hours of coaching, community building and hard self work I decided to build this brand that raises awareness to that stigma and break through it in the process..
